I have 7 days left to reach HQ level 17. I am level 15. I don't have enough resources to for the required buildings (wall level 15). This means I will definitely not have enough for level 16, next requirements, and level 17.

I read all the posts here and recommendations on making a purchase, but I have not made a purchase yet. I got a lot of blue diamonds and have had a 2nd worker the whole time.

What should I buy for enough resources to make it to 17?

Has anyone used U4GM? I can get 30million of a resource for $3.50
